Day 3 of Booty Camp fitness

So April 7th was my first official "day" ... of Booty Camp fitness! Yes Mommy's but is going to get kicked back into some kind of shape. Not so much as shape but back into a healthy routine. With a few lbs shead that would be my overall goal. To have energy for my "family" and "myself" and also a healthy me!

I went in weighing 178lb ...

I'm ok with that as I just had 2 kids in less then 2 years and I know if I put my all into it I will accomplish my goal and then some!

I will post my food diery in my next post. As I'm just myself getting into the swing of things!

Count down is on! 14 days....

So the count down is on. In 14 days I start my quest to a Skinny me!

In the past 2 years, I've given birth two 2 beautiful baby boys. One is 21 months old and the onther is just shy of being 2 months old.

Needless to say I'm on the quest to get myself back into the size 8 that I was before I had my oldest son.

I will post my "pre" messurments, weight and what I'll be eating and actvities I'll be doing to loose the baby weight and some of my own that I mananged to put along side that as well.

I'm starting booty camp fitness on the 7th of April :)
